Our favourite Xiao Long Bao-s

Valentine's Day lunch was spent with mom whose favourite xiao long bao is the 8 signature assortment from Paradise Dynasty in Ion Shopping Centre.

Each individual flavour is really as the name suggests: Original, Garlic, Ginseng, Foie Gras, Black Truffle, Cheese, Crab Roe, and Szechuan.

So Ginseng Xiao Long Bao (the green one) really does taste like you're eating ginseng juice. & the Szechuan flavour (Pink one) actually tastes like szechuan hot & spicy sauce.

Each piece is so flavour-some that there is really no need to dip it in the traditional vinegar sauce that comes with ginger.

Heck, even looking at the colours makes me feel happy! ^_^
