I felt so guilty during my 16th - 19th weeks of pregnancy for eating so much. We were in Melbourne on a month-long holiday visiting family and relatives. Seeing that I had limited time, I dragged my husband to eat all the food that we missed eating during our university days (we met in Melbourne). All 3 meals a day were heavy, solid meals followed by dessert. The snapshot above is just some of the foods that I had engorged myself in.
This was definitely too much in too short a time. In the 1 month, I had put on 3 kg!
Now, I'm back on my normal schedule, and back to my normal eating habits, hopefully I would not put on as much weight as the months go by.
