oh lauren, you're growing up so quickly.
just a week ago, soon after turning 3 months, you had your first experience with tummy time. & you look so much like daddy when he was a toddler :)
& just this morning, as we were warming up some milk for you, daddy & mummy were reminiscing the first few weeks of life, when you were only drinking 30ml. slowly, but surely, your milk intake has now increased to 120ml per session :) now, at 3.5 months, your milk consumption has gone up to 850ml per day.

contrary to what society advocates: ie, it's best for mothers to be exclusively breastfeeding, especially during the first 6 months. what i found works best for the neurotic person that i am: an exclusive pumper. i don't breastfeed my daughter even though i am a SAHM. when I tell people that I am an exclusive pumper, and a SAHM, I get disapproving looks. but the reason why i pump exclusively is so I know how much milk I'm producing (on days when i find my milk production slowing down, I pop a few tablets of Mother Love which contain basic ingredients of Blessed Thistle, Fenugreek, Nettle Herb & Fennel Seed). And I also know how much Lauren drinks at each feed & how often, just so I can see for myself if her milk intake is decreasing, or stablising or increasing. I cannot bring myself to nurse/breastfeed as I do not know Lauren's milk intake.
